LAMB BBQ WORKBEE SCHEDULE 2018

June 16th 10.00am, Hunter Field. Site preparation and clean up. Ron Wilson coordinator.

etting the site ready for the big day. bring weed eaters, impact drills, wrenches and painting tools to: construct picnic tables, pull broom, clean up the grounds, insulate cooler shed. Lunch provided

JUNE 28TH – Site Prep 10.00am Coordinated by Ron Wilson And Scott Stubs.

Construct rails to attach to 200′ dock, set up picnic tables. Set up coffee booth water tank and barrels. Unload storage trailer. Set up rice cookers. Consult site map for placement of booths etc.

June 29th 9.30am Prep of irons and rice pans. Coordinated by Sandra Koochin. Meet at the community hall to scrub and dry the barbeque irons and the spanish rice pans. Bring rubber gloves. Light lunch provided.

June 29th – Continue site prep. 10.00 am. Coordinated by Ron Wilson And Scott Stubs. finish..set up of picnic tables. Set up coffee booth water tank and barrels. Unload storage trailer. Set up rice cookers. Set up tents. Lunch provided on site

June 30th food prep and site set-up…Pick a Venue!
Cole slaw prep at Community Hall. 9.00 am– Chef Hubertus Surm. Bring knives and food processors, cutting boards etc. Continental Breakfast provided

Spanish rice prep at Rec Centre – Melanie Gaines and Rice Cooker Crew Lots of fun in the kitchen cooking up the rice. Light Snacks provided

Site set up – 10.00 am – Ron Wilson And Scott Stubbs Coordinating. Finish site prep. Booths, tents, umbrellas for picnic tables, games, beer garden, food areas, coffee and everything else will be set up! Bring work gloves, hammers, staple guns or anything that may prove useful. Lunch provided on site.

Potluck dinner for WORKERS Commuity Hall. Kate Vigneault, Colleen Mori coordinating. Served around 6.00 pm at the community hall after lambs are racked and buns buttered.

IMPORTANT

JULY 2ND 10.00 AM AT HUNTER FIELD CLEAN UP DAY. EVERYTHING MUST BE DISMANTLED AND STORED. GROUNDS CLEANED AND LEFT IN PRE-BBQ CONDITION.
HALL CLEANUP. CLEAN AND STORE ALL BBQ EQUIPMENT. PANS AND IRONS CLEANED AND PUT AWAY FOR ANOTHER YEAR.
PLEASE HELP WITH THESE LAST FIELD CHORES OR HELP PREPARE A LAST WORKER LUNCH AT THE HALL AND A FINAL CLEANUP OF THE HALL.
